Birth & New Parent Support Package $2000
- At least two (2) prenatal meetings to discuss your birth philosophy and preferences, labor support techniques, postpartum plans and more
- Email/phone/text support from the time of contract signing
- On-call 24/7 from 38 weeks until baby arrives
- Labor support from the time you feel you need me through birth
- Up to two (2) hours of immediate postpartum support
- Four (4) postpartum visits (16 hours) in your home over two weeks following baby's arrival
Labor & Birth Support  $1400
- At least one (1) prenatal meeting(s) to discuss your birth philosophy and preferences, labor support techniques, and more
- Email/phone/text support from the time of contract signing
- On-call 24/7 from 38 weeks until baby arrives
- Labor support from the time you feel you need me through birth
- Up to two (2) hours of immediate postpartum support
- One postpartum visit (2 hours) in your home within ten (10) days of baby's birth
Postpartum Support starting at $700
- Build As You Go: $35-45/hr sliding scale (18 hours minimum; 2 hours spent prenatally designing your postpartum plan and getting your home ready for parenthood and baby's arrival)
- Parental postnatal care, baby feeding support, nourishing meal preparation, light housework, newborn and sibling care + integration
-Contact me for special pricing for packages and/or booking before baby arrives!
Virtual Doula Support $500
- Two (2) prenatal consults via phone or FaceTime (can cover birth plans, postpartum preparation, labor coping techniques, anxieties about birth, and more)
- Email/phone/text support throughout your pregnancy and 24/7 phone/text support from 38 weeks until baby is here
- Virtual hand outs
- One (1) postpartum consult via phone or Facetime (for newborn feeding/care support, postpartum healing, local resources, etc.)
As a Doula, I  Do Not:

  • Perform any clinical tasks or prescribe treatment

  • Make decisions for you

  • Speak to staff on your behalf

  • Impose any of my beliefs onto your experience

  • Judge your birth or postpartum preferences
