- At least two (2) prenatal meetings to discuss your birth preferences, support techniques, postpartum and more

- Email/phone/text support from the time of contract signing

- On-call 24/7 from 38 weeks until baby arrives (earlier on-call window can be arranged for high-risk pregnancies)

- In-person active labor support from one of us through birth

- Up to two (2) hours of immediate postpartum support

- One postpartum visit (1-2 hours) in your home within ten (10) days of baby's birth

- Comprehensive resource folder 

- Access to our pregnancy and postpartum support groups
